A Bit About Me
Hey guys!

My name is Danyell and I am a Southern California native. I moved to North Carolina in 2013 after making a 2 year pit stop in Colorado. I had no intention on making NC my permanent home, but my gypsy soul finally decided it was time to hang up my hat- safe to say, meeting my (now) husband, Brian, may have had something to do with that ;)

I married the love of my life in September '21. We are the parents to 3 amazing doggos- Paige the Pit, and Diesel & Aston the Great Danes. We love spending time on the lake with our lake family (shout out to A Dock A Team)- and chances are that is the best place to catch me if you want to hang out! Running a business keeps me busy, but I make as much time time as I can to spend time with my family.

I'm a serial entrepreneur, and I love creating opportunities for people - whether it is having you in my chair and making you look and feel your best, or creating jobs. I set out on this journey of being a business owner in 2014 (full time in 2017), and I am so excited to head into another year by allowing myself the grace to sometimes make mistakes, and the opportunity to grow.

Groomed Salons, LLC is my labor of love- it hasn't come without sacrifice, and I have to give huge credit in particular to my husband, my grandparents, my sister, and my friend, Don. These people in particular are the ones who gave so much (and poured into me when I was empty) in order to make this company and brand what it is today.
